Appointment setting for WA MSPs

More right-fit conversations. Less chasing.

I help Western Australian MSPs identify suitable businesses and arrange qualified introductory meetings. We agree your target profile, qualification rules and contact process before a campaign begins.

A straightforward process

From prospect research to a meeting your team can take.

We agree who you want to reach and what makes a conversation worthwhile. I handle the agreed research, follow-up and booking, then send a clear handover.

STEP 01

Set the target

Define your WA service area, ideal business, exclusions and the IT needs that make a prospect a fit.

STEP 02

Build and qualify

Research businesses against the agreed profile, use the approved contact process and confirm interest before booking.

STEP 03

Book and report

Arrange a phone, video or in-person meeting once the prospect has agreed, pass along context and share a weekly activity update.

Built around your market

Start with businesses your MSP can actually serve.

The first working profile is WA businesses with 5–50 staff. We’ll refine that together so the size, location and IT need match your service model.

  • Within your agreed Western Australian service area
  • Owner or person responsible for IT agrees to join
  • Has expressed interest in discussing managed IT
  • Meeting held by phone, video or in person
Common questions

Clear expectations from the start.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A scheduled phone, video or in-person meeting attended by an owner or person responsible for IT at a WA business with 5–50 staff, within your agreed service area, who has agreed to discuss managed IT.

Are no-shows charged?

No. The A$300 meeting fee applies once the qualified meeting takes place. A rescheduled meeting is charged once after it is held.

Do you guarantee sales or a number of meetings?

No. The pilot tests the agreed process. The MSP is responsible for attending, proposing and closing; there is no guaranteed meeting count or revenue outcome.

How do you handle outreach?

We agree channels, messages and exclusions before launch. We record the source and permission basis for contacts and honour stop requests. Prospects receive follow-up through the agreed contact process.

Start with a conversation

See whether the pilot fits your MSP.

Tell me your service area and the kinds of businesses you want to meet. We can decide together whether a small pilot makes sense.
